Have you ever tried to visualize, make sales calls, record videos, or write your book when you had digestive issues, brain fog, or fatigue?
See, many of us set goals and move into “go getter mode” --often forgetting about our health. Many of us are also so busy taking care of everyone else that our own wellbeing gets put on the backburner … first for a month, then a year, and then perhaps even decades.

But all too often, we find that a few days, or a few weeks later, the “diet” failed. The supplements didn’ help. WE “failed”.
But here’s the thing: it isn’t you that’s the problem. Our bodies are not designed to go on “diets”. What we ARE designed to do is to be in a state of balance -- mind, body and spirit -- and our symptoms, be it fatigue, headaches, acne, or excess weight, are simply SIGNS that something is off balance and needs attention.
